Total time: 20 minutes.
Instructions
- Paint the underside of the two paper plates with grey paint
- Leave to dry
- Paint the other side of one of the plates pink
- Leave to dry
- Take your white card and cut out 4 teeth; two long and two short
- Once the plates are dry, fold the pink and grey plate in half so the pink is inside
- Stick the folded plate onto the other grey plate, making sure it lines up perfectly with the bottom half of the plate
- Leave to dry (you may need to put something heavy on top of the folded plate so it sticks!)
- Once the glue has dried, stick the teeth onto the pink side of the plate; the longer teeth onto the top of the open flap, and the shorter teeth onto the stuck down side
- Now take your grey felt and cut out two small circles for nostrils and then two ears
- Stick these and the two googly eyes onto the hippo!
